The Business Recorder is an Audio recorder with a built-in hard disk. Its single purpose is to make high quality audio recordings of almost any desired length and enable the user to easily handle and process the recordings.

The Business Recorder is especially suited for recording conferences, meetings, interviews et cetera. The Business recorder has two main functions, Conference recording and Dictation recording. It is possible to set ‘markers’ using the remote control, during recording of a meeting or conference. This feature is time saving and secretary friendly, as he or she can ‘jump’ from one marker to the next, while making a transcription of the meeting. The Business Recorder also communicates via LAN and e-mail, allowing for the immediate transfer of the recordings to for instance business partners or any other pre defined e-mail address.
Once a recording is stored safely on the hard disk of the Businesses Recorder it can be:
- Copied directly to USB media (like USB stick or MP3 player)
- Written directly to CD (models with CD recorder)
- Accessed and played via the web interface
- Accessed over LAN and downloaded to the PC with the Business Recorder software
- E-mailed from the unit directly to a predefined e-mail address
- Or.. played on the Businesses Recorder itself via internal speakers or the digital or analog output.
The Businesses Recorder currently comes in two models, the difference being the built-in CD recorder.

CryptoCard Set to encrypt and decrypt recordings Business Recorder Access Software - a great tool for making transcripts and archiving recordings. The special playback enhancements like “slow motion playback” without quality loss, makes the software the preferred playback media. The USB foot pedal, attached to the Business Recorder it can be used to start and stop the playback of recordings.
