The Call Recorder Pico is a single line USB Call Recorder. It's a powerful little hardware & software combination that connects your phone and your computer, allowing you to record phone calls automatically or manually. Together with the included Pico PC software and your PC you can easily record all your telephone calls. The recordings are stored in a comprehensive database on your PC with registration of all available data: date, time, internal and external telephone number, duration of the call and more. You can even use it to record conversations in the room with its microphone input. It's the perfect recording solution for private persons, small businesses, call centres (special functionalities) or any other organisations.

Features

Unlimited recording time

Every gigabyte of free disk space on your PC allows you to record up to 180 hours of conversation on a hard disk.

Multiple telephones

It's possible to record simultaneously from one up to at least 4 Pico's on 1 PC, depending on the USB & processor capacity of your PC.

Search function

The Pico software has an extended search function. Search by Date, Week, Time of day, Duration of the call, Device, Telephone number, Name, or Notes.

Supervisor function
It is possible to make a database in which all databases of all connected Pico's in an organisation can be brought together, ideal for supervisors.

Notification
The Pico can record a notification message from within the software. Play back the notifiction message on line manually or automatically.

Play back your recordings in another telephone call
Play back a recording in a conversation. Have a third party listen to your recording on the line.

E-mailing
E-mail one or more recordings as attachments to a message with one mouse click from within the Pico software.

Works with Skype©
With Skype© you can use your internet connection and make free Skype-to-Skype calls. The Call Recorder Pico can also record your Skype© conversations

Great sound
The Call Recorder Pico records in excellent sound quality. The recorded sound is stored in a format any PC can play back.

Multi Lingual

The Pico software has been made Multi Lingual. The software is available in English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Swedish and Polish. More languages will follow.

Software

A clear view on all your telephone traffic

The Pico Software provides easy access to the database. The database is displayed on your computer screen as a list of recordings. In the list the recording properties like date and time of the recording and caller ID are stored with the actual recording and can be viewed. Queries can be made to get a clear picture of the amount of recordings or to find a specific recording quickly.

Functions

The software supplied has been specially developed to deal with and archive the large number of recordings made by the Call Recorder Pico..

It offers the following functions:

Extensive select and search function: it is easy to make selections based on, for instance, name, date or telephone number.

Export and conversion routines: certain telephone calls or whole selections can be exported onto CD-ROM/DVD archive and/or converted into a PC-WAVE format that can be played on any PC.

Presentation can be configured by the user: You can determine exactly how the software should present the data.

Record from an analogue telephone method 1

When using a normal (analogue) telephone, connect the Pico-interface as in the "record from telephone line" diagram of Method 1.
